You have a solid track record at General Manager level in large or mid-size companies, and you drove merger & acquisition processes for your company You wish to create or develop your own merger & acquisition boutique Interface Entreprises, specialist merger & acquisition advisory firm, initially launched and developed in Lille (France), endorsed a national coverage development in 2009 while opening an office in Paris and another in Lyon. We are looking for expanding our local presence throughout France by opening other offices in the West part of France (Nantes, Toulouse and Bordeaux), as well as the East part in the Strasbourg region. Our consultants own a double experience, both in driving businesses, and in owning strong expertise in merger and acquisition. This double experience gives us more credibility when advising companies’ owners aiming at selling their businesses, or looking for external growth opportunities. What we offer :
