Interface-Entreprises® provides advisory services to business owners and CEO whole over the transition process regarding the sale of their business or the acquisition of a new business when looking for external growth. Half of the business owners report they are not or not sufficiently informed and prepared when they are about to enter the process. Therefore, our philosophy consists of delivering advisory services at the same time as we run the brokerage process. It is aligned with our strategy of services developed since 1997. Our multi-specialist approach is fueled by the large experience of our consultants, developed in mid-size companies as well as large enterprise. This is one of the major reasons of our success. We put a strong effort in selecting our clients, performing an audit prior to the solicitation of a mandate, to make sure we will give our customers a lot of chances of quick success, instead of getting a large number of mandates with a low ratio of success. Once we decide to work together with our customers:

 • We collect a list of documents concerning the company and its market segment, needed for evaluating the business. Through a combination of different methods, like asset valuation, comparable transactions, historical earnings, discounted cash-flows, we deliver a presentation report and an accurate valuation report.

 • We set-up a list of criteria that targets should match, and a list of potential targets = acquirers or sellers depending of the type of deal. This phase is made in close cooperation with our customers.

 • We manage the first presentation meetings, then we assist our customers during the whole transaction process with, making sure their interests are always optimized. We also drive the process with other advisors like financial advisors, legal advisors, etc...
